Missing

Lately I've been thinking a lot about the people I love... 

I've been thinking a lot about my friend Brittany W. I really miss her... I miss her walking into my house to get milk in the morning when she didn't have any at home and watching shows together. I also miss our beauty school pedicures. She's great. I always feel so comfortable around her, I know I can be myself around her. I can toot & pick at my nose & she would just laugh and do it too.

A year ago we went to the Ellen show. We almost died on our way there & we spent 3 days driving, but it was so fun. Friends like her are what makes my life better! I love all my friends & the people I meet every day. I went from hating Logan to loving it thanks to them. They make everything better when I'm feeling homesick or when Zach is studying and I need to get out of my house & do something. They come grocery shopping with me & try to bake. P.S- Brittany & I are the worst at baking. One time we had to make 3 batches of sugar cookies because we kept messing up, and by the time we got done it was 1:00 and didn't frost them. We ended up throwing them away.

I'm so sad Brittany & Bryson moved, but I'm happy they live only an hour away and I still get to see them.

I found this picture today. I took this 4 months ago. It was the twilight openining night. This is what our husbands do for us. They go to lame shows and stand in the cold for an hour just to make us happy. So sweet...

I'm blessed

Today was a fun day. Erika, Kaysha & I went to Salt Lake for a girls days. We went to Anthropologie where we all pictured our houses with all the cute furniture and kitchen stuff. We pretty much went there just to look and dream of the things we would buy if we could afford it. Then, we went to forever 21 where we bought a couple of accessories and Urban outfitters where we found awesome shoes, tights and a hat on sale. And then for lunch we went to my favorite place, CPK. And, of course, we had to stop at target just for fun because we don't have one in Logan.

It was a great day. Zach feels guilty this semester because we never see each other. He's always telling me to have girls nights every week and go out to lunch or the temple with them. He was thrilled when I told him about our Salt Lake idea.

I feel really blessed today. Moving to Logan has opened a lot of doors for us. And we have met great friends. I don't know what I would do without them. I miss Vegas and I miss my family. But friends make everything better. I'm so grateful for Erika & Kaysha. They are awesome! Kaysha's husband & Zach study together all the time. At least 2 times a week. And Kaysha & I always hang out when we feel lonely. And I love going out to eat with Richard & Erika. I'm so sad they're leaving... 

I don't even want to think of the day I have to leave my friends. Its hard enough now that Brittany & Bryson moved to Ogden. I feel like I never see them.

Our Best Buddies

Yesterday we hung out with Blake and Robin (our best buddies). We went to a best buddy BBQ and then to the USU vs Louisiana Tech. USU football really sucks. The game was way slow and it was raining and freezing. But it was fun hanging out with them. They we so funny. They had no idea what was going on but they cheered and yelled the whole time. Robin would even cheered for the other team. And even if USU made a mistake she would say, "Good job USU!" She was so cute and it was very entertaining. I can't wait to hang out with them again.

Race

Zach and I went to a motocross race with Brittany and Bryson three weeks ago. I was surprised at how much I liked it. I loved watching the little kids race, they were so good. I thought it was so cool and I told Zach it didn't look that dangerous. Three seconds later a guy falls right after a huge jump and then, another guy runs into him. The crash was really bad, the second guy couldn't move at all, the paramedics had to pick him up at take him to the hospital. I learned my lesson... motocross is pretty dangerous, we saw 3 more crashes after that.. I don't think I want Zach to race again. But it's really fun to watch.

Lake Mead

Last weekend we went to Lake Mead with some friends and family. It was a lot of fun. It was the first time Jordan and I wakeboarded and we loved it... It was a little rough for me at the beginning and I had a hard time straighten up my legs, but Jordan did great! He got up on his first try and he did a little jump at the end. Darren got hurt so we hope he feel better...

Spring Break

Zach had Spring break for the first time in college. We decided to go to Vegas for a week and hang out with our family and friends.

It was a great Spring break...

Party

Our friends had a party on Friday night. We played ping pong, rock band, the sign game and some other silly games.

We were pretty darn good =)
Yes, my hair looks horrible. I got a haircut the last time I was in Vegas and I loved how the girl did my bangs. They were getting long and I'm really cheap when it comes to my hair I don't like to pay a lot of money for a hair cut so I went to the hair school. BIG mistake, the girl didn't know what she was doing and now I'm stuck looking like a scarecrow...
