And The Countdown Begins

We are flying to Vegas in 11 days.
This has been a great experience.
I love the East Coast & I would move anywhere except for Baltimore in a heart beat.

I fell in love with this city the first time I walked through it.
I used to go for walks to the harbor when I was bored. Then, it got way too hot & humid to go outside, so I spent most of my days inside. & when the weather cooled down a little I was way too scared to leave my house. It's INSANE how many murders happen here. It seems like 5 a day. Even in the nice areas like ours. Like a month ago they were looking for a guy that would follow girls to their houses & rape them & then there was a shooting inside the Cheese Cake Factory in the harbor. Now, Zach & I make sure we are home before it gets dark. Ambulances are everywhere. You hear them all day long as well as cop helicopters. It sounds like I'm exaggerating, but the sad thing is that I'm not. I don't ever watch the news because I get so scared. I didn't  want to leave when we first got here, but I think I'm ready to drive & feel safe in Logan.

 Our street

But overall our summer has been amazing! I love walking to places. Except when it's too hot. I love it that Zach was able to get an great internship & work with great people.

I really love living in different places. I hate moving & packing up my house twice in 3 months. This time was great. I just packed my suitcases. I would do this again every year. I love having something to look forward to at the begging of the year when we find out where we are going for the summer. And even though I'm ready to go home right now (it's only because the crime & the apartment's wall where we are staying at are soaked with water from the AC & I'm pretty sure mold is going to start growing pretty soon like it is in the bathroom) I would love to do this again.

I wish I could take the Harbor with me....
