I had a great 21st Birthday! It started on Saturday, we went to Rodizio Grill with our friends Brittany, Bryson, Rachel and Cory. Rachel and Cory live in Provo. We met in a student ward and they were our first married friends. We feel so lucky to have them as our friends and we were happy we were able to see them last weekend.
I was a little sad because Zach had a test review on my birthday so he was going to be home late and I thought I was going to be alone, but Brittany and I planned a "girl night". Four girls came over and we ate pizza and talked, we didn't watch a movie but we had fun! Today I'm going to have my primary girls for a movie because they want to celebrate my birthday and tomorrow we are going to have dinner with our friends Kylie and Spencer, so I guess I'm going to have a BIRTHDAY WEEK. Josh you are a genius for coming up with such a thing as a "birthday week." But the best part of my birthday was receiving packages from Kris and Grannybird and getting phone calls from my family (by my family I mean Zach's family, I only got 2 text messages from mine). Brooklyn and Brady left me a voicemail singing Happy Birthday, Brooklyn was first and we all know how funny she is when she sings, I bet she was dancing to the song. And then it was Brady and in the middle of his song he stopped and said, "mom she is not talking." He was so mad I wasn't saying anything. And then when I talked to Amy she told me tha Paige was drawing on the card for me and she would stop and say:
Paige: Isn't this beautiful?
Amy/Steve: Yes Honey it's beautiful.
Paige: It's for my Zaira.
And she did that like 5 times.
Savannah tried calling me too but again, my phone was in my purse so I will talk to her today. I love my nieces and nephews so much I think they are the cutest little kids in the entire world and I miss them so much!
So that was my Birthday! Again, thanks so much to everyone that called me, text messaged me, or sent me a message on myspace or facebook. I appreciate it.
